I'll dig a little to find out. But since 3.0 allows you to choose a user name at install I don't think it'll be much of an issue anymore. I'll get back to you on that one. One thing I found with WPMU [not sure if it's true with 3.0] is that you have to be careful not to delete the super user because then you won't be able to manage all the sites.
